We’ve put a lot of heart into creating a space that’s cozy, inspiring, and in harmony with nature — and we’re truly grateful you chose to stay with us.

To keep everything running smoothly for you and future guests, we do have a few house rules and policies. Nothing too serious — just the kind of stuff that helps everyone have the best possible experience. Thanks for taking a moment to read through them!

Pets

We accept pets, a daily fee will be charged upon arrival. Please consider downloading our Welcome Guidelines for more information.

Cancellation or Change Policy

We know plans can change; we offer:

Reservations:

100% credit when cancelation is made over 14 days from arrival (excluding Christmas and New Year weeks)

50% credit when cancelation is made between 7 and 14 days from arrival (excluding Christmas and New Year weeks)

No refundable less than 7 days from arrival or No Show (excluding Christmas and New year weeks)

Conditions

For Christmas week and New Year ‘s week, no reservation by room is allowed, only full house

No refundable Christmas week and New Year ‘s week

A pre-authorization of USD 200 is held on 0 day(s) before arrival and voided on 1 day(s) after departure

All changes are upon availability.

Early departures

We do not offer refunds per night for all early departures and in the event of a no-show (eg, if you do not use or cancel your reservation), no refund equal to the full value of the stay will be provided.

Travel insurance

Briko38 reserves the right to offer no exceptions to its T&C, change and cancellation policy. It is recommended to purchase adequate travel insurance before confirming the reservation and accepting the terms, conditions, and cancellation policy.
